With reference to the last paragraph of

the Colonial Treasurer's letter No.22 of the 23rd.March last

which formed the enclosure to my despatch No.121 of the 28th.

idem, I have the honour to inform you that a telegram has been

received from the Crown Agents regarding a shipment of Sub-

sidiary Coins on the 10th. instant and to point out that there

cannot arrive until about a fortnight after the date mention-

ed in the paragraph above referred to

2. I may add that there is at present a

superabundant stock of Coin in hand.
